Rules & Regulations
Housekeeping - The following should be done in the Officer Portal by Chapter Officers (login to OP.APO.org to use) 
  • AFTER EVERY PLEDGE CEREMONY (within 10 days): submit an Application for Pledge Membership for each new pledge with $30. Verify that each pledge has individually validated their information through the Chapter Officer Portal to complete their registration. 
  • AFTER EVERY INITIATION CEREMONY (within 10 days): submit an Application for Active Membership for each new brother with $35. 
  • AFTER EVERY CAPS CONFERENCE (immediately after conference): Chapter Assessment and Planning Session Reporting.
  • October 1st Deadline: Chapter Officer List for springs semester
  • November 15th Deadlines:

    National Service Week Report 
    Pay outstanding debts to the National Office 
    Annual Chapter Evaluation & H. Roe Bartle Award
  • January 31st Deadline: Chapter Officer List for fall semester
  • May 1st Deadline: Spring Youth Service Day Report
  • June 1st Deadline: Graduating Senior List
  • July 31st Deadlines:
