Active Requirements

Active Requirements

Mandatory

    Pay dues on time or follow a payment plan

    Attend a majority of Sunday meetings (7)

    Complete 30 hours of service (up to 5 outside hours may be applied & only 15 hours from MBU may be applied towards requirements)

    Work a project in all 4 areas of service

    4 family nights (at least two different families)

    2 flag events 

    Attend pledge/active picnic

    Attend 3 AMC and Fellowship events (at least 1 of each)

   15 Options 

● Work 2 hours of blood drive

● Work 2 hours of tub pull 

● Perform 1 MIC 

 Collect 25% of pledge signatures (20 pledges)


 Active & Pledge OPTIONS:

1.            2 Additional MICs

2.     Attend an Interchapter relations event*

3.     Sign in at the office at least once a month

4.     Attend 1 Executive Council Meetings*

5.     Serve on committee

6.     Attend an additional flag event*

9.     Participate in the Buddy-of -the-Week Program

Active Requirements:
  • Must come on time to get a pass (no later than 30 minutes)
  • Actives w/o a pass will not be allowed on the field
  • Sign-Up for actives and include reason for not going to practice and friends you're bringing
Friend/Family Requirements:
  • MUST come to flag practice
  • Must be signed up by actives on Sign-up Sheet
  • Must have emailed their names to Flag Coordinators (all)
Alumni
  • Requested that they email one of the Flag Coordinators at the time
  • Requested that they come to practice
Other APO Chapters
  • Must let us know before practice if they're coming
