Frisbee is a great team building activity. Brothers must work together and communicate to be successful as a team. This is a great way to stay active and improve physical fitness while sharpening up those hand-eye coordination skills. Having an Ultimate Frisbee game will be a good way to take a break from studying for finals to go outside, run around, distress, and bond with other members of APO. A sticker will be given!
