This free, rain or shine community event, which typically attracts around 1,200 guests, can only happen with plenty of volunteer help. You will be helping out in the following areas: Parking Greeters/goody bag handout Bake sale Tri-State merchandise sales Tri-State membership table 50/50 raffle Kids’ activities/face painting Tour handouts/front of Frink Center Tour stations (6) in the Frink Center, (4) in the Annex Tour monitors/keeping guests within tour flow 4-5pm will be cleanup! ***This counts as an excuse from chapter.
