A silent auction of donated art and services provided by our members and friends. Potluck appetizers offered. A fund raiser for the Newark Arts Alliance. Set-up volunteer should have good design sense, dress casual. Event volunteer should dress business casual, be outgoing and friendly. Check out volunteer should have cashier experience. 11am-1:30pm: help set up displays of art and create bidding sheets. Need 2 volunteers 5pm-7pm: help tidy food area, inform bidders of closing times. Need 1 volunteer. 7-9pm: help with auction check out, write sales slips. Need 2 volunteers
