SIGN UP THROUGH THEIR LINK TOO: Go to, oxarts.org (Oxford Community Arts Center) Under Support Us, click on Apply to Volunteer and Fill in an application. This will take the volunteer to the Better Impact Volunteer Application. Once the application is completed, OCAC will be notified and we will approve their application. After completing the application, they can download the My Impact app. All applications for volunteers must be approved by OCAC. Sometimes this takes a little time. After they are approved, they can sign into the app and select Menu in the upper left corner. Select Opportunities Scroll down to Special Events and select Annual Gala 2023 They can select the 6pm - 8:30pm shift, the 8:00pm -10:30pm shift, or both shifts. That will register them for volunteering at the Gala. Once they are registered for the event, we will email them with specific details for the day of the event. We are asking that everyone wear comfortable dress shoes, and dress in slacks and shirt for an upscale event. Volunteers will help out with and support several aspects of their Fundraising Gala! It's located right on the edge of campus (across from Phi Delt Gates) so no driving needed :) Meet at 10 South College Ave 5 minutes before your shift.
