Part of self-care is getting outside, enjoying nature, and getting some steps in!! We will be doing all of this by going for a group walk around campus and we will be donating to charity during this walk through the Charity Miles app! Make sure to have it downloaded before the walk and set it up for the charity you want to donate to. Make sure to bring your water bottle or sports drink!! Meet at Shriver Center Parking lot by 5:55 PM to start walking. We can walk wherever you all want to. I set up the SHC as a meeting location to make it easier to either walk through Formal Gardens or the trails in Western Campus but we can walk wherever.
