Join The Wilks Institute for the annual Perlmutter Leadership Conference! The Perlmutter Leadership Conference provides an opportunity to engage with local community leaders and explore your own personal leadership values through the lens of their CliftonStrengths. Prior to attending, all participants will take the Strengths Finder assessment and bring their results with them to the conference. Wilks will send you a code to complete the assessment if you have not completed it before.
