Main Event info: The Hike-A-Thon Plus offers more than just an everyday hike in Oxford. You get the beauty of the natural landscape as well as more than 25 fun, interactive stations along route to the Dewitt Cabin. Hike-A-Thon partner stations include monarch butterfly way stations, geocaching, bird watching, raising awareness of Paws for A Cause - Miami’s service dog organization, and much more. There are a lot of opportunities to learn something new while you enjoy the health benefits of taking a hike! Additional info: Paws for a Cause is emBARKing on building a service dog park with an estimated cost of $40,000-$65,000 on Miami's campus, aiming to break ground by 2020 with the help of your donations. This service dog park will not only be used by the 20-plus of 4 Paws for Ability service dogs in training that the Paws for a Cause members raise at our university, but also give a safe and accessible dog park for Miami students with service dogs. Donating to this effort would help us have the means to afford the fencing, handicap accessible gates and construction costs that come with creating a lasting impact on campus for years to come. Please tell everyone you know to donate to this cause and help out these amazing puppers! Shift 1: MIO 8:50 Leave by 8:55 Shift 2: MIO 11:20 Leave by 11:25
