Attend one of Wilks' Lessons in Leadership workshops! Individuals are often asked what they value, but rarely are they ever asked to truly define what those values mean to them. This workshop takes a closer look at personal and organizational core values, asking individuals to define their core values and to delve into their personal mission statement. If individuals are part of the same group, they will also look at their organization's mission statement and values.
