The Perlmutter Leadership Conference is an annual, Strengths-based leadership conference for up to 150 Miami students. Prior to attending, all participants take the Strengths Finderâ„¢ assessment and bring their results with them to the conference. During the conference, students are introduced to strengths-based leadership and participate in many hands-on, discussion-based activities to explore their natural talents and strengths as identified by the Strengths Finderâ„¢ assessment. Wilks hosts this leadership conference that is offered to all Miami students. Come take advantage of this awesome opportunity (especially because Strengths Finder is an AWESOME resource to take advantage and super detailed). Please note you must sign up at the following link. https://tinyurl.com/perlmutter2017 Also, you MUST take the Strengths Finder before going and bring results with you. In addition, if you need to cancel all cancellations must be sent to wilksleadership@miamioh.edu by 5 pm Thursday, October 12th. Otherwise you will be charged 10$ to your bursar account.
