IMPORTANT: you must register online first before being able to take the webinar. You DON'T have to print out the packet that goes along with the webinar but you DO need to download the program that allows you to participate in the webinar. It should only take a minute to download. It is important that you download the program beforehand since the webinar starts exactly at 10pm and in order to pass the webinar you must have it on your computer screen at least 70% of the time. IMPORTANT: In order to receive the hours you must email the confirmation mail to me. After the webinar is finished you will get an email with a survey/quiz and then after finishing the survey you will receive another emailing saying you completed the course in a few days.
