This event will be held on Saturday, September 13th from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. You will be expected to check-in to the event at 9:30 AM in Armstrong Pavilion in the Armstrong Student Center. Some service locations will require transportation, while others will be a respectable distance from Armstrong. From there, you will be transported to your assigned service site where you will complete a service project from 11 AM - 1 PM. Transportation will pick up participants from their service sites at 1:00 PM. When you return to Armstrong, you are free to leave! If your service location is a respectable distance from Armstrong, you are allowed to leave from your respective service site. Spots will be given on a first come first serve basis! Completing this form does not mean that you are guaranteed a spot. You will receive a confirmation email from the Wilks Office with your site assignment or you will be placed on our waitlist. The deadline to complete this form is Wednesday, September 5th. If you receive a spot and can no longer attend, you must email wilksinstitute@miamioh.edu by September 5th.
