"SET UP/SCANNING: We will need help organizing tables and chairs before the event starts as well as scanning people in. TABLING at the event: We will have “event passes” for each RSO on the tables so you will know which table is yours. Please try to arrive as close to noon as possible to set up your activities. CLEAN UP: Please try to arrive as close to 4 as possible so we can get it done quickly. We don’t expect a lot of cleanup other than garbage on the quad and general clean up of each RSOs table."
