Click “records” on the top tool bar, go to “service hours”, and on the bottom of the page it will say “enter service hours”.  You are responsible for entering in this specific catergory of service hours.

What this includes:

• Bought hours: can tabs, letters to soldiers, box tops for education, etc.
• Projects that you do on your own: animal shelter, nursing home, linus project, etc.

All other projects will be approved by Nalleli Trejo in the system.  Every project will have a sign in and sign out list, and all other hours will be entered according to this list.  If you did not sign up for a project on APOonline, you will be manually added to the system.

The most important thing is to USE COMMON SENSE.  If there is no project signup in the future for something, intuition will tell you that you should probably expect to enter them in yourself.

If you have passed out fliers for pledge program or blood drive, go ahead and enter those in yourself.
