This annual Mid-Iowa Council event brings to Boy Scouts, Varsity Scouts, and adult leaders an opportunity to receive knowledge in how to survive under winter conditions. The training event will host as many as 300 participants and is being conducted by the Army R.O.T.C. Staff and cadets at Iowa State University.
