Gather is looking for help with their catering event at the Macfarlane Greenhouse. They're looking for a couple of people in the morning to assemble, wrap, and label sandwiches and people to help with the event. This involves being at the table while people pick up food, refreshing the table as needed, possibly running back to the kitchen to make more sandwiches as needed, and talking about our program with visitors. Serving of food will be 11-1 shift 1-making and labeling sandwiches and getting food together shift 2-set up, tabling, possibly making more sandwiches shift 3-helping to table event, help with cleanup ** You have 48 hours prior to this event to remove your name from the list. After that, you must contact Jenna Webb (207-391-3306) or Molly Dugan (631-912-5191) if you cannot make it, or if you cannot find a replacement. If you don't, you will be docked full hours.
