When volunteers arrive, they can park at one of these designated lots (sign attached) and put the parking pass on their dashboard. They can check in at our info booth (green tent) in front of Thirsty Moose on Central Ave. Our booth is 157-158 (map attached second page) From there our volunteer coordinator Donna will let them know where they should start. You have 48 hours prior to this event to remove your name from the list. After that, you must contact Alexa Bobinski (860-305-6859) or Cait McAllister (603-369-2238) if you cannot make it, or if you cannot find a replacement. If you don't, you will be docked full hours.
