** You attend for 1 hour between the times of 12pm and 6pm - You must email Megan.Meagher@unh.edu and make an appointment! ** Participants will partake in a moderated one-on-one session aimed at examining the usability of UNH alumni's online presence. The participant will be seated at a computer and asked to undergo a variety of tasks and objectives, "thinking aloud" as they navigate through the website. The moderator will pose several questions aimed to better understand the participants' overall expectations of the website, and in turn identify key areas of the website that could be improved upon. **You have 48 hours prior to this event to remove your name from the list. After that you must contact Jamie McGee or Maddie Guertin if you cannot make it, or if you cannot find a replacement. If you don't, you will be docked full hours.
