Gather is looking for volunteers for their Meals 4 Kids program. Gather is a Portsmouth, NH based hunger relief organization. Meal 4 Kids program provides food to school aged children when school is on vacation. This happens in December, February, April and all summer long. Kids who would normally qualify for free or reduced lunch are not receiving that because there is no school. With Gather’s M4K Program, we set up a Free Farmer’s Market. We provide fresh fruit, vegetables, dry goods, milk, eggs and meat to cover the 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches and 5 snacks the kids would have gotten had there been school. What is your job?: Help to lift boxes of food into the Gather truck, or unload the truck from foods we were not able to distribute **Notice this event closes and locks on February 14th at 9 am** **Please comment your email when signing up** If you're first on the list, please try and take attendance!
