EXTERNAL SIGN-UP SHEET: https://forms.gle/HHBPdp4HLcgVeCtCA Jessie Doe asks that every person who plans on volunteering in any capacity, signs up for *at least* one 2-hour time slot of setting up/cleaning up (Set up is from 10am – 6pm & Clean up is from 9pm – 11pm). In addition to setting up/cleaning up, there is the option of participating as an actor, makeup/costume artist, and tour guide, which has the expectation of arriving at 4pm (so if you plan to do one of those things, please make sure not to pick the 4 – 6pm setting up timeslot). You will be given hours based on what shifts you work, so please make sure to write that in the comments when you sign up. ** You have 48 hours prior to this event to remove your name from the list. You have 24 hours prior to this event to find a replacement for you. After that, you must contact Anika Frink or Molly Hanlon if you cannot make it, or if you cannot find a replacement.
