"We need volunteers from 8am-3pm and are flexible about when people want to come in and leave (they don’t have to stay the whole time). We need people to set up the grounds starting at 8am, we need a body or two at the registration table from 9-11, we need a few folks to act as course marshals on the 5k and flag the runners to keep them on course, and then we need help breaking down. The event ends at 2pm and we should be packed up and ready to go by 3." ** You have 48 hours prior to this event to remove your name from the list.
