Need ushers, runners and people who have bar experience to help work the bar. **Might get out at 11pm the latest! This is a fundraising event similar to pub trivia but on a larger and grander scale! The theme is old timey carnival and it will be lots of fun! Just a few things to let the volunteers know before the night of the event: Volunteers should wear black pants and a black top or black pants and a white top. Wear comfortable shoes! If they want to drink at the end of the night, they need to bring an ID. They will each be assigned to the following areas: answer “runners”, food service, bar service, Check in table and bead sellers! Food will be provided and they need all volunteers to stay there for the entire time.
