Help United Way host a community baby shower! First shift is set up, second shift is the event, third shift is clean up! Please put your email and the volunteer role you would like in your comment (only if doing second shift) 1) Set up of event, decorating, setting up food tables & vendor tables 2) Sibling room- engage kids in activity & play while parents are touring the shower 3) Greet attendees at the entrance and check them in 4) Escort attendees down to the gym 5) Oversee raffle table 6) Oversee ‘new baby bundle bag’ table 7) Assist with serving brunch buffet (mostly finger foods- to avoid excessive touching) 8) Clean up ** You have 48 hours prior to this event to remove your name from the list. After that, you must contact Kaylin Ryan (781-733-3061) AND Brea Hutcheon (781-479-9065) if you cannot make it, or if you cannot find a replacement. If you don't, you will be docked full hours.
