Liz Brandt: "GreenHouse17 is the domestic violence shelter for Fayette County and 16 surrounding counties, and our main shelter is located on a 40-acre farm outside of the city of Lexington. Volunteers are needed to stand at the entrance(s) of the Danville Kroger and pass out fliers that have our shelter's "needs list." When the shoppers are exiting the store, volunteers collect whatever items people might have decided to buy from the list to donate. The fliers and everything will be at Kroger, ready to go on the morning of February 3. In need of volunteers from 9 AM to 1 PM. Contact Mary Trollinger: mtrollinger@greenhouse17.org for more information. "
