The Idea of the Section Wide Pen Pal Program is to foster closer relationships between individual brothers from different chapters in Section 67. Each brother who signs up for this program will be paired with a brother from another chapter to be their Pen Pal for the Fall 2016 semester. You will be given the brother's email address and possibly mailing address. You may choose to contact them either way. Currently I have AZ capped at 30 participants, but if there are a lot of brothers from other chapters signed up than I will extend the cap. PLEASE only sign up if you intend on completing the requirements. This could be a really fun way to strengthen relationships in the Section so we want to have active participation. Additionally, please only sign up for the event if you have filled out the survey, and only fill out the survey if there is a spot for you on the event. Requirements for the Interchapter Point: -Fill out the following survey by October 9th at 11:59 PM https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdhZAn0W4GuvF7OMcZeijVzYRrYYrvuHTlK4aDBLLDamWTKJw/viewform -Contact your chapter pair a minimum of TWO times during the semester, preferably one month apart. -Screenshot, take a photo, or forward me your email/letter to my email address (rebecca.williams1@uky.edu) BOTH times. -The deadline to send me the proof of your SECOND email/letter is December 5th. If you only send me proof of one email/letter during the semester, you will only receive credit for half an Interchapter point. -If the brother does not respond to your emails/letters, you will still receive your Interchapter point.
