Reforest the Bluegrass is a perfect service opportunity for those of you who enjoy environmental work, gardening, and trees! This is a big Lexington event where we will go to a field and plant at least 1,000 trees. The trees and shovels will be provided, but you might want to bring gloves/sunscreen/old clothes. In addition to getting to help the environment, other incentives include FREE t-shirts, seed packets, a hay ride to the field where we are planting, breakfast (doughnuts & coffee) AND lunch (hotdogs/hamburgers), and a tree to take home to plant in your yard!
