We will be making cookies and decorating cards to RANDOMLY surprise RANDOM students on campus. This is a perpetuating, "pay-it-forward" sort of thing meaning that the card that is left outside of a student's room (with some cookies) asks them to leave some sweets and a card outside another student's door within the next day or so.
