Run the Woods is a unique run that takes place on the trails surrounding Easterseals Timber Pointe Outdoor Center. This beautiful setting, right on Lake Bloomington draws over 200 runners and is included on the Lake Run Club's circuit. A 5k and 8k option are both offered as well as a 1-mile hike. All proceeds from the event go to benefit Easterseals Central IL. Easterseals Central IL provides specialized pediatric therapy to children right here in Central IL and it is because of events like this, they get to keep their promise of progress.
