Christina and I are hosting a korean food fellowship!! =D... It might be at jaybee's if they are free, but if not, we'll find somewhere else! We'll be making for sure: Kimchi Cheegae (soup - will include pork, tofu, kimchi, possibly spam) Kimchi BokumBap/fried rice (Kimchi, rice, spam/sausage/some kind of meet, vegetables, and a vegetarian dish will be available for nish and not as good looking nish- haha jk rush) Dukkboki (spicy rice cake /w oedang (fish cake) and vegetables, this is sooo good!! vegetarian option also available) Possible foods (Depending on how many ppl go): Sangyupsal (Pork) Kalbi (short ribs /w marinade) For Info call me 708-770-4622 or Christina kim 224-522-9608 (btw, please let us know if your coming or not, so we can have an estimate of how many ppl are going to be there, and also, this stuff aint cheap ppl!! we are asking for donations so we can break even.
