Through hands-on service, volunteers will support the clean-up and conservation of Burnham Nature Sanctuary’s natural areas. Tasks may include trash pickup, uprooting invasive species, planting, seed collecting, and other related tasks. Volunteers are encouraged to wear clothes they don’t mind getting dirty and closed-toed shoes. All necessary equipment and tools will be provided on site. Volunteers will meet in the parking lot at the intersection of Cornell Drive and 47th Street. Any volunteers who drive to the engagement will be given a temporary parking pass.
