This party, hosted by Mercy Home for Boys & Girls, will take place after the Downtown St. Patrick's Day Parade. Guests will enjoy a buffet lunch, live Irish entertainment, and games for kids. There are many volunteer roles and shift times available, and after your shift, you'll be able to enjoy the festivities! Please put in the comments which shift you'd like to do. NOTE: Some roles may already have been filled. If your chosen one is, I'll ask you to pick a different one. Registration (10:30am-12pm OR 1-4pm): Assist guests checking into the event and directing them to the 9th & 10th floors. Merchandise Sales (1-3:30pm OR 3-5:30pm): Sell Mercy Home merchandise to guests. Raffle Ticket Sales (1-3:30pm OR 3-5:30pm): Sell raffle tickets to guests & accept payment. Photo Booth Monitor (1-3:30pm OR 3-5:30pm): Assist guests with taking photos at the photo booth. Games Monitor (1-3:30pm OR 3-5:30pm): Assist children with games in the kids section. Explain the rules, collect tokens, and hand out tickets. Games - Tickets/Prizes Table (1-3:30pm OR 3-5:30pm): Take game tokens in exchange for prizes. Work with our Games Monitor volunteers to replenish their tokens. Volunteer Check-In (12:30-3:30pm): Assist in checking in volunteers, provide role information sheet, and direct them to their volunteer area. Please comment which role and time slot you want.
