Every Tuesday the UIC Pop-Up Pantry receives 1,000 to 3,000 pounds of food. Volunteers assist in removing food items from boxes and neatly placing them on shelves and helping to break them down to be recycled. This operation occurs every Tuesday between the hours of 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Whether you have one hour to donate or two we are happy to welcome you to our crew!
