Check in with Courtney Ban, the volunteer coordinator for CAC, who will be wearing a red Relay For Life shirt. Look for the tall blonde girl. Courtney will sign you in from the above roster and assign you a task. Let Courtney know about how long you can stay to help out and if you have friends to come help as well. What your shift entails... Set-up: Helping move tables, blow up balloons, hang decorations, set up booths, and overall make sure we are ready to begin on time! Food & Crowd Control: Help us set up the snack and dinner tables in preparation for food breaks in the event. Help direct hungry participants to the food tables and mark their wristbands as they move through the line. Ensure wristbanded event participants/volunteers are the only people getting food and entering the event. Final Notes... The shifts are flexible in timing, so do not worry if you can't come for the full time period that the Google Form provided. Contact Courtney if you need to take a break from your task or want to participate in the event rather than help coordinate it. Relay is a big celebration that we don't want you to miss out on!
