Hello, The first time we did this we cleaned up two blocks and picked up 5 bags full of Trash. The difference was significant we got as far up from 16th/blue island to Racine/ blue island. It was hard work but it paid off! So we are going to do it one last time. Feel free to come to the whole event or just do two hours comment times you’ll be attending. Instructions to get to the location; Take the 60 bus going towards 24th place across BSB or on Halsted on the side towards the blue line. Get off on the stop “16th” cross the street & there will be a sign saying “clean up the streets” and I’ll provide you with bags & gloves , also you’ll be able to leave your bags etc in my apartment if needed. Co hosts will bring volunteers to the address & support with passing bags etc. *this is our own service event* Shift 1 : 2-4 co-host needed! Shift 2: 4-6 co- host needed!
