This is UIC's first Take Back the Night rally hosted by Planned Parenthood Generation Action, a UIC student org. that strives to fight for women's' reproductive freedom. Take Back the Night rally, is an event seeking to empower survivors of sexual assault and provide education to allies and survivors about resources available to our campus. This event is sponsored by The Center for Excellence in Maternal and Child Health, CAN, and the Women's Leadership and Resource Center. They need volunteers to assist with the event set up and maintenance and helping with engagement activities throughout the event(the clotheslines project and candle lighting ceremony). You will be acting as volunteers for Planned Parenthood of Illinois which is their parent organization. Comment to host!
