The Good Food EXPO plays an essential role in building local food infrastructure by gathering food entrepreneurs, producers, experts and an engaged public for a local organic trade show and expo. What is the role of an Eco-Educator volunteer? Volunteers will be positioned at prominent "Eco Stations" throughout the event, to inspire and educate event-goers in the proper disposal of their compostable and recyclable items. As an Eco-Educator, you are partaking in this wonderful opportunity to strengthen the Zero Waste Campus goal of the UIC Climate Commitments.
