The event will be at the Johnson School of Excellence in the North Lawndale community. Volunteers will help create more welcoming and engaging learning environments for Johnson students by painting inspirational and motivational murals, enlivening spaces throughout the building with color and school culture pieces, and reinvigorating functional spaces like the school hallways and stairwells.
