CAPS is a mandatory event that occurs once a year where ALL ACTIVE MEMBERS review, edit, and vote on amendments to the chapter bylaws. Anyone who is not graduating from APO this semester is required to attend. This includes associates. Pledges: you are not required to attend since you cannot vote on any changes. However, all E-Board members are going to attend. This would be the perfect time to get signatures!!! Please email Angelo or myself with a valid reason if you cannot attend. This event will be made up in the form of fellowships.
