Hello everyone. This event is for the Bucktown Apple Pie Contest on October 2nd. Volunteer jobs will range from a variety of either selling tickets, cutting pies, selling beverages, assisting children at the children's tent, being a floater/doing whatever they need, to being a photographer. The event is on a Sunday so the opportunity to help is available to most, and I do believe that the coordinator said that volunteers might get a taste of some delicious pie afterwards. Meetup at Noon in the Pier Room on Sunday Just to know: The amount of jobs they have do have a limited amount of slots available. So, if you plan on volunteering, make sure to sign up quick for the PIE SERVER slots: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/409094ca8a922abf58-2016 Co-hosts: Rachel Hartman and Alpa Kotak
