Come join Chef Angela and 20 eager chefs-to-be at Pilsen Academys after school program on Thursday afternoons from 3:00 - 5:00 PM. The class learns about healthy eating, cooking skills, and different cultures as they "travel" to a new country and prepare a traditional dish from that area each week. NEEDS HOSTS
