Hey everyone :D Battle of the Bamboo is a huge event hosted by Filipinos In Alliance. This years focus is "Ating Simula, which translates to "Our Beginning". A Filipino National Hero, Jose Rizal once said, “No History, No Self. Know History, Know Self.” As the United States continues to grow with diverse cultures, a majority of Americans tend to forget where we all started. Culture, religion, and identity would not be carried on today if we let go of our past." At BOTB there will be a ton of performances from many different schools consisting of cultural and modern. Some groups will be competing and others will be exhibition but it will be a lot of fun!
