The Muslim Student Association, in partership with Alpha Phi Omega, Sigma Beta Rho, United Muslim Relief at UIC, and UIC Smash Club present to you Fast4Change: A fundraising campaign for the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless (CCH). Fast 4 Change encourages attendants to fast on Tuesday. Fasting symbolizes self-awareness and reflection. Each student organization, including APO, is competing to raise the most funds for CCH! Tuesday November 24th, the winner will be crowned at the Fast4Change reception dinner. Come at 4:30pm in the Fort Dearborn room to get together to break our fasts, followed by the program beginning at 6pm. Esteemed scholar and speaker Dr. Rami Nashashibi and representatives from CCH will be in attendance for a conversation on homelessness within our city, and ways we can help. Meet me by the Bookstore at 4:20 to head over to the event!
