Hello brothers! :) Lisa and I are co-presidents of VSA and we are having an annual event called Night Vision. Night Vision is a cultural variety show where we have performances, skits, acts, and guest performers. This year, because it falls on Vietnamese New Year, our theme revolves around Tet (vietnamese way of saying new year). However, we need volunteers in order to make the show run smoothly and be a huge success! We only need 20 volunteers total. As of right now, we have 14 so we're hoping to grab at least 6 more people if possible! The tasks for Night Vision volunteers is either 1. ushers, 2. front desk people, 3. photobooth people, 4. food distributers, and other positions that will be explained further. The event will be from 6-10 however we expect the volunteers to be there by 5. It'll be Feb 13th, 2015 in the SCE Illinois Room. There is a MANDATORY volunteer meeting on Jan 23rd (This friday) that all volunteers have to attend. If you don't, then you will have to be dropped as a volunteer. The volunteer meeting will be from 5-7 pm. Hope you guys would be interested in helping us! :) A huge thank you if you do!
