The 1st Ward office, in partnership with the Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce, is hosting our third pedestrianization event on Milwaukee Ave - Meet Me on Milwaukee! To ensure this event is a success, we are recruiting volunteers from the community who are interested in taking part by helping with set-up, take-down, acting as entrance attendants, etc. Volunteers are needed from 8 am- 5 pm, and can sign up in 3-hour shifts. Please fill out the form below to let us know how you would like to participate! Finally, mark your calendars as we anticipate having a virtual pre-event meeting with volunteers on October 23 from 6 pm- 7pm to go over tasks and give a run through of the event day! *Please only fill out one form per person. If you would like to volunteer with someone specifically, please let us know in the comments section below. *If you have any mobility concerns you'd like us to know about, please share in the comments section below.
