After many delays, the "What Kind of Leader Are You?" chapter wide leadership event is taking place in the seminar room on wednesday from 6-7pm. This event will teach you how to effectively lead a diverse group to success, a core lesson in becoming a better leader. When a leader has a better understanding about others temperaments (personalities), it teaches them to appreciate diverse perspectives and adapt their leadership style to different team dynamics. Also, be ready to discuss and engage with others throughout this event.
