With supporters across the United States, Cradles to Crayons works to fight Children's Clothing Insecurity directly in Chicagoland, Massachusetts, Greater Philadelphia, NYC, and San Francisco, and focuses on raising awareness about this urgent crisis nationally. Since 2002, they have supplied nearly 6 million packages of basic essentials like clothing, shoes, diapers, and school supplies to children who don’t have access to these critical resources. To secure your shift, we will be using a volunteer management system that will require you to create a volunteer portal. Here are the steps to create the portal. PLEASE READ: 1. Here is the volunteer portal link (https://cradlestocrayons.my.site.com/volunteerportal/login?startURL=%2Fvolunteerportal%2Fs%2Flogin%2F), you will need to sign up with your first and last name, email address, and birthdate 2. You will then select from a drop down that you are volunteering with a community group 3. Select create new group, and input your group name 4. Type in the estimated number of volunteers and group name again 5. In the text box, type in the date and time of your requested visit, then click send request 6. One last thing, please fill in this form to reserve a safety waiver to your emails that will need to be signed prior to the visit. https://www.tfaforms.com/5119087?shiftappid=a4ZQg0000037IOH The system will then send your request over and we can get you scheduled. Once this is complete, the organization will send over the next steps to register everyone! Campus groups: https://cglink.me/2gA/r2262989
