There will be two shifts for this event. One from 9am to 11am and another from 12pm to 4pm. You can OR cannot choose which one you want to do OR do both with a lunch break in between (great opportunity for a fellowship!!!) For those working in the morning, we will meet at UIC (atrium, text or call me) at 8 am if you want to head out together. (: Typically we want four volunteers for 9-11 am and 6 for 12-4 pm. Please note which one you are working. I am doing both seeing that I am the host. **Those manually signed up, please get back to me or Michele if you can't work either shift. NOTE: You WILL NOT be deducted any hours if you notify Michele that you can't make it within 24 hours of the event. Text me if anything!
