The mission of the St. Louis Arc is to empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to lead better lives by providing a lifetime of high-quality services, family support, and advocacy. In this particular opportunity, you will be walking with a group of people consisting of other volunteers and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Walking is a great way to exercise and socialize. Volunteers will assist in accommodating the novice and the fast-paced walker. Please note that your behavior will reflect back with APO, so please conduct yourselves professionally.
