The mission of the St. Louis Arc is to empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to lead better lives by providing a lifetime of high-quality services, family support, and advocacy. St. Louis Arc's Adult Music Program are music classes designed to provide a fun and supportive outlet for expressing yourself. Weekly activities may include using instruments, sing-alongs, collaborative songwriting, music, and movement. Volunteers will assist in each activity while sitting side by side with participants. A certified music therapist leads this class. Consistent volunteering is preferred. Please note that your behavior will reflect back with APO, so please conduct yourselves professionally.
